We have problem as described in this post

Printer delivery works and when we print on our site (on WinXP) report
is printed OK; fonts, pictures and margins are OK.
When we use same printer delivery extension on customer's site (Win2k3
server) print output is not correct. Report is wider and longer then it
should be. We are using same report object on both installation and URL
generated report with EMF rendering output produces same result. It
seems that something goes wrong after printer delivery prints EMF file
on network printer.
Any hints !?This is a known issue with the EMF rendering. This fix will be addressed in
the SP2 release.

most likely mess with the look of your report.

are some other factors as well). The problem was when the image was created
it was based on the screen size and not scaled correctly to be sent
generically to other devices.

I am trying to install the PrinterDeliverySample. I canÃ?t get it working at
all!!
I followed all the instrucions very carefully. I can't get it running. I
don't get any errors, but the select box where to select th method of
subscription is not completed with PRINTERS.
Just my event Log shows errors:
1. Extension Report Server Email could not be loaded by Report Server. (I
have no SMTP installed on IIS)
2. Printer Delivery Sample could not be loaded by Report Manager.
What should I do now? Please help me...
Thanks Markus
