Problem with installing SQL2KASP3 in SP3a

In SQL Server Service Manager, I stopped the server, Installed SQL2KSP3
fine, but
when installing SQL2KASP3 in SP3a it gets to 99% and says SEVERE:An Error
occurred during
the move data process:-145.
Any help would be appreciated.
Do you actually have Analysis Services installed and running?
If not, you shouldn't be installing SQL2KASP3, which is meant only for
Analysis Services.
